Returns
1. Return Period
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange
2. Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
3. Proof Of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is requited for all returns and exchanges.
4. Non-returnable Items:
Custom or personalised items and sale items are not eligible for returns.

6. Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items received.
7. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Owners are responsible for regularly checking the condition of the accessory to ensure it remains safe for their pet. Products showing signs of wear or damage should no longer be used as intended.
Our accessories are designed for everyday use and suit most pets; however, accessories may have a shorter lifespan with pets that pull excessively or exhibit behavioural issues. We are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper use or pet behaviour.
Products can be hand washed using warm water and laundry detergent.
